We're official

...ly on our way to becoming approved. This is how we feel right now...ready and willing to do everything but being forced in a cage. As is the case with any hemp processor in the state of Oregon, we are at the whim of our local municipalities.

That being said, we have more than enough to keep our time managed with the construction of our facility and watching the hemp market. For those who don't know, the hemp industry in Oregon has been flooded with current farmers harvesting, not harvesting as well as having mold in fields. This year is the first year for a number of producers, and some have created a business of it while others are fearful of losing it all.

We aren't able to partake yet, as we do not have our certifications for processing due to the county we live in being under review of our application.

Since we have last posted, we went through the room and knocked down a wall, learned of what it means to have a C1D1 room and then receive numerous deliveries from various vendors with what our equipment will be.

That being said...Drumroll please...I am announcing our first ever employee of the month!!

His name is Beau, he is what keeps the energy up around this crazy business, and makes everyone smile. In the future there will be more criteria for getting this commendation but for now, Beau takes the cake.

More pictures, posts and construction to keep up with in the meantime. It's getting close!! myself, Joy, Daniel and MANY, MANY farmers awaiting our business to be up and running so we can process the oil into a life-helping entity.
